Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original condition.

For exchanges:

•⁠  ⁠A new shipment will be sent to you, and the shipping fees for the new order are paid by the customer.
•⁠  ⁠The old item will be returned to us through the shipping company.
•⁠  ⁠Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund for the returned piece will be sent through bank transfer, InstaPay, mobile wallet, or any preferred payment method.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

To process a return:

•⁠  ⁠The shipping company will collect the order and return it to us for inspection.
•⁠  ⁠Once the item is received and checked, the refund will be sent through bank transfer, InstaPay, mobile wallet, or any preferred payment method.

Conditions

Returned or exchanged items must be:

•⁠  ⁠Unused and in original condition
•⁠  ⁠With all tags attached
•⁠  ⁠Not damaged or washed

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

 

Please note that shipping fees for both sending and returning the order are deducted from the refund amount.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
